Arthur J Wetzel

Art was 24 3/12 years of age when he entered the military. He was doing repair work for the railroad when he enlisted and after his discharge, he worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and Chicago Lumber Co. His parents were both born in Germany, and he had three siblings. He married Marie Kienlen on June 25, 1923, and they had one son, Arthur William Wetzel. Art enjoyed sports of all kinds, liked to hunt pheasants with his son, and he loved dogs.
