Robert Brown

Robert Brown was born in 1925 in Eddyville, NE. At 17 he joined the Army during WWII and saw combat in Europe. After WWII, he joined Japanese Occupation Forces and served three years in Korea before being honorably discharged in 1953 after eleven years of service.
Several family members also served in the military. In 1955, Bob married Joyce Bowers and worked as a truck driver at Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant.
He died on May 19, 1993. Survivors include his son Douglas (Terry) Brown, daughter Lisa Mullally, and nine grandchildren; his son Glen Brown passed away in 2016.
