Aaron McGee

Aaron McGee was born on December 4, 1996 at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. Aaron moved to Nebraska shortly after turning 4, completing his education at GIPS. Aaron enlisted in the Army as a 13B at the age of 18; completing Basic Training and AIT at Fort Sill Oklahoma and was then stationed at Fort Carson Colorado. 

In 2016, Aaron deployed to Afghanistan with 4ID, Taskforce Straight Steel and during his tour of duty, he had the opportunity to shake hands with Eric Fanning —22nd US Secretary of Army, receiving a Challenge Coin from him. 

Upon his return from deployment, Aaron remained at Fort Carson until 2019 before PCSing to Fort Stewart Georgia. Aaron medically separated from the military in 2020 due to injuries he sustained while in the service.
