Dennis Day

Dennis W. Day enlisted in the Navy in 1971 and stationed in San Diego for bootcamp. In 1974, he went to Norfolk, VA to the newly constructed USS California CNG-36 where he proudly served as a FTM2.

He was honorably discharged in 1977.

In 1973 he married the love of his life Rhonda Fredrick.

After leaving the Navy in 1977 they moved back to Grand Island, Nebraska to raise their 4 children. He is currently enjoying his retirement and spending time with his family.
