Dennis Glover

Dennis was born in Central City NE in 1949. He graduated from Grand Island Senior High School in 1967. He then enrolled in the United States Air Force. 

He traveled the world in the 20 years he was enlisted, defending our country in the Vietnam War. He completed 3 tours in Vietnam. He retired in 1988 as a E-8 Senior Master Sargent. 

Returning to his home town of Grand Island NE. Where he raised his 4 daughters. After he retired, he still found passion in teaching about our country and our flag. 

When his girls were little, he started a Jr Color Guard at the local United Veterans Club. Today he is still involved in the Sons of American Legion and teaches flag etiquette at local schools in Grand Island.
