Lucas Ostermeier

Lucas Ostermeier is a proud veteran and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to supporting his community and fellow service members. A 2013 graduate of Grand Island Senior High, Lucas enlisted in the United States Marine Corps shortly after graduation. 

Serving from 2013 to 2017 as an Aviation Ordnanceman, he specialized in supporting the F-18 Super Hornet fighter platform and contributed to the success of his unit, Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 314, during both training and deployment. Lucas achieved the rank of Corporal before being honorably discharged in 2017.

Lucas is now pursuing higher education and is currently earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Bellevue University. His dedication to continuous growth and learning mirrors his commitment to excellence established during his time in the Marines. Lucas now works in the sales department at Barry Law Firm, where he plays an integral role in assisting veterans and their families. 

His work reflects his passion for giving back to those who have served. Lucas resides in Bellevue, Nebraska, with his daughter, Ali Jo. In his free time, he enjoys making memories with her and staying connected to the veteran community.
