Patrick O'Neill

Patrick “Pat” Michael O’Neill was born March 16th, 1981 in Grand Island to Gordon and Colleen (Halpin) O’Neill. He was raised in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Central Catholic in 2000. Pat served in the United States Navy upon graduation for five years. He enjoyed all the travel that the navy offered, and the skills and experiences that he gained from his time spent in the service. Pat then returned to Grand Island and graduated from Central Community College with his Associate’s Degree. 

Upon graduation he found his true calling working with individuals with intellectual disabilities at Integrated Life Choices for many years. Pat was united in marriage to the love of his life Keisha Nehls on December 6th, 2014. Together, the couple welcomed to wonderful boys, Thomas and Michael. Pat was smart, kind, and had a dry sense of humor. He had a love for reading and animals. 

He enjoyed being with his family and close friends. Pat went peacefully to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family on Friday November 29th, 2024 after a year long battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
